How the Signitic integration with Calendly works
The Signitic calendar field holds each employee’s Calendly link. A shared template displays the right link through this attribute. Recipients open the booking page; availability and appointments remain managed in Calendly.
How to activate it
Each relevant user needs a valid Calendly link. Availability and bookings remain managed in Calendly.
- Save each employee’s Calendly link in their Signitic calendar field.
- Add booking text to your template.
- Make it clickable using the calendar attribute, then save and test the link.

The Calendly link and booking: what is the difference?
Signitic makes your appointment link accessible from the email signature. Calendly presents available slots and manages bookings. Choose the link wording and position in your template, while availability settings remain in Calendly. A shared template can therefore lead to different booking pages.
Here are two practical situations showing how this connection fits into your organisation.
Practical example 1: Salespeople offer a demo. Add booking text to the template and link it to each user’s calendar field, directing prospects to the right salesperson.
Practical example 2: An account manager offers a customer review meeting. Their signature leads to their Calendly page, where availability is managed without changing the Signitic template whenever slots change.
