Why use the Signitic integration with Canva

A new offer, an event or content to promote: your banners need to keep up with your communications. With Canva in Signitic, you move from designing a visual to adding it to a campaign without repeated manual exports and uploads.

Simplify design imports: Send your finished design straight to Signitic without downloading it first.

How the Signitic integration with Canva works

Canva opens directly from Signitic’s Campaigns module. Sign in to Canva, design your banner and send it back with the built-in import. The visual joins your campaign without an intermediate download. Designs created this way can be reopened with the Canva editing option.

For a readable result, use a short message and a clear call to action. Support recommends a banner no larger than 600 × 200 pixels, matching your signature width. A 500-pixel signature should therefore use a banner of the same width. Preview the complete template before using the campaign.

How to activate it

A Canva account is required. Editing with Canva is available for campaigns created with Canva, not visuals uploaded from your computer.

Create a campaign in Signitic.
Choose Create with Canva and sign in to your Canva account.
Design your banner, then select Import into Signitic.

Designing in Canva and using campaigns in Signitic: what is the difference?

Canva is where you design the banner: visuals, wording and layout. Signitic lets you include it in an email signature campaign. The tools work together, from the initial design idea to the message your contacts see in everyday emails.

Here are two practical situations showing how this connection fits into your organisation.

Practical example 1: You are preparing a webinar. From a new Signitic campaign, create a Canva banner showing the topic and date, then import it to support your event communications.

Practical example 2: The event date changes. If the campaign was created with Canva, reopen the visual using the Canva editing option. An image uploaded from your computer does not have this option.
