How the Signitic integration with Android works

The signature is available in Outlook mobile through the Signitic add-in for your Microsoft 365 environment. The address linked to Signitic must be the app’s primary account. This applies to Outlook on Android; internal/external signature conditions are not supported on mobile.

How to activate it

This integration is for Outlook on Android, not every Android email app. Internal/external signature conditions are not supported on mobile.

Have the Signitic add-in deployed for your Microsoft 365 account.
Update Outlook mobile and use the address linked to Signitic as the primary account.
Open a new message; if needed, enable Signitic in Outlook’s add-ins.

Outlook on Android and other mobile email apps: what is the difference?

This connection relies on Outlook mobile and your Microsoft 365 account. Android alone is not enough: the application, primary account and Signitic add-in need to be configured. Mobile behaviour also has its own limitations, including no support for internal and external signature conditions.

Here are two practical situations showing how this connection fits into your organisation.

Practical example 1: A salesperson replies from Outlook on an Android phone between meetings. With the add-in configured and Microsoft 365 as the primary account, they keep a professional signature on the move.
