How the Signitic integration with Dynamics works
The integration uses Signitic’s Dynasign® technology, available in HTML or image format. Emails sent from Dynamics 365 can carry a signature consistent with Outlook. Changes made in Signitic are reflected in the CRM.

- Prepare your teams’ signatures in Signitic.
- Set up the Dynasign® signature in Dynamics in HTML or image format.
- Check its appearance in a CRM email, then manage changes from Signitic.
Managing signatures and using them in Dynamics: what is the difference?
Signitic is where you prepare signature content and design. Dynamics remains the tool your teams use to communicate with contacts. The connector brings these activities together: a prepared signature needs to be linked to the right users, with updates enabled, to be applied in the CRM.
Here are two practical situations showing how this connection fits into your organisation.
Practical example 1: Salespeople write from Dynamics 365 while other employees use Outlook. Prepare a consistent presentation in Signitic so both email environments carry the same identity.
Practical example 2: You update your signature. Manage the content in Signitic and check the Dynasign® result in a Dynamics email, using the HTML or image format selected for your setup.
