Why have synchronized email signatures in Dynamics

For several years, the uses around CRM have evolved considerably. CRMs such as Dynamics 365 have integrated messaging (inbox), which allows sales or support teams to send emails directly from the CRM.

The roles of the marketing and communication teams in charge of the brand need the image conveyed in the emails sent from the CRM to correspond to the defined charter. And that the messages relayed are the same.

Who sends emails from the CRM?

  • The most active population in CRM is the sales team (sales) who use message templates and reminders.
  • Numerous emails are also exchanged with customers by the support teams (customer success).

How does integrating email signatures in Dynamics work

Currently Dynamics does not yet offer native synchronization via its API. Significtic has therefore developed a Dynasign® technology that allows Dynamics 365 users to have the same email signature synchronized on the CRM as on Outlook/M.365

This Dynasign® email signature from Signitic is available in HTML or image versions. Each change made from their account on Signitic is reported to Dynamics.
