Why use the Signitic integration with Teams
An email can lead to a more direct conversation. Adding Teams to your signatures gives contacts a simple way to continue talking. Each employee’s link fits into a shared presentation across the team.

How the Signitic integration with Teams works
The Teams link is saved in each Signitic user’s information. Your template uses this attribute to make text clickable and direct contacts to the right person. This is a signature link: conversations remain managed in Teams.
How to activate it
Each user needs a valid Teams link. This integration adds a link to the signature; it does not sync conversations.
- Add the employee’s Teams link to their Signitic information.
- In the template, select the text you want to make clickable.
- Link it to the user’s Teams attribute, then save and check the result.

The Teams link and conversations: what is the difference?
Signitic displays the contact option in the signature and personalises its destination using employee data. Teams takes over when the recipient follows the link. The connection does not transfer conversations to Signitic; it makes another way to contact you visible.
Here are two practical situations showing how this connection fits into your organisation.
Practical example 1: A customer wants to continue a discussion with their usual contact. The Teams link in the signature points to the contact route entered by that employee.
Practical example 2: You apply one template to several people. The contact text stays the same, but the Teams attribute uses each profile’s link: check destinations to avoid an unsuitable shared link.
