How the Signitic integration with Lucca works

Lucca is an import source for Signitic. The connector retrieves users and directory data using your Lucca domain and an API key. That information populates Signitic profiles and the fields used in signatures.

How to activate it

The connection requires your Lucca domain URL and an API key. Lucca supplies users and data to Signitic; this connector does not deploy signatures to Lucca.

Prepare the HTTPS URL of your Lucca domain.
Create a Lucca API key for the connection.
Add Lucca from the Signitic connectors, enter the URL and key, then connect.

Importing from Lucca and deploying signatures: what is the difference?

The Lucca connection acts as a data source, supplying employee profiles to Signitic. Deploying signatures to an email application is a separate step that depends on your email environment. You can therefore prepare your directory and templates before arranging the rollout.
